HP Pavilion 15 series and Omen laptops launched in India

first_imgHP India and Bang & Olufsen have launched a new series of laptops. This includes the Pavilion series of laptops as well as the HP Omen gaming laptop. All of these run on 64-bit Windows 8.1. The pavilion series of laptops includes the HP Pavilion 15 with B&O Play. Three variants of this device have been launched, beginning from Rs 44,490. On the other hand, the Omen laptop has been priced at Rs 1,59,990.  The HP Omen was unveiled way back in November last year and runs on an Intel Core i7 processor(with 4 cores, 8 threads, 2.6GHz base clock, and upto 3.6GHz of Turbo Boost) along with 8GB RAM. It also comes with a dedicated graphics card, the Nvidia GeForce GTX 960M GPU walong with 4GB GDDR5 video RAM. It also sports a 15.6-inch full HD LED IPS display with capacitive multi-touch. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 ac, Intel WiDi, Miracast, Bluetooth 4.0 LE, SD card reader, HDMI v1.4b port, and four USB ports.  It will also come with Bang & Olufsen speakers. The HP Pavilion 15 with B&O Play series has a base model(ab028TX) priced at Rs 44,490. it runs on a 2.1GHz Intel Core i3 processor(with 2 cores, 4 threads, and 3MB cache) along with 4GB RAM. It also sports a 15.6-inch full-HD LED display and 2GB RAM. It also has a 1TB hard drive, and the connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, and Bluetooth 4.0. It also has a 720p HD webcam. Another variant is the ab032TX, which is priced at Rs 54,990. It is powered by an Intel core i5 processor along with 8GB RAM. It also has an Nvidia GeeForce 940M GPU with 2GB of DDR4 video RAM. The last device is the ab035TX, which has been priced at Rs 67,990 and comes with an Intel Core i7 processor.
